PINS
Want to make your brand or concept an instant collectible? Turn any design into a pin!
Enamel Types
Soft Enamel: One of the most popular types of pins, soft enamel pins offer vibrant colors and a raised, textured look.
Hard Enamel: More durable and scratch resistant, hard enamel pins offer a cleaner, smoother look.

BENEFITS | LIMITATIONS |

Unique look | Higher minimums (typically 100+) |

Higher perceived value | PMS matches not exact |
Often seen as collectibles, and displayed proudly | Typically higher in cost than other accessory items |
Turnaround
Our standard turnaround for custom pins is 4 to 6 weeks. Due to the nature of pin production, we typically cannot rush these orders.
Pricing
The main factors that affect the cost of your custom pin order are:
Size: The size of your pin can greatly affect the price. A 1”x1” pin will be significantly less expensive than a 3”x3” pin. As a general rule of thumb, the more surface area on your pin, the more it will cost.
Quantity: The quantity you order will have the greatest impact on your price. For example, bulk orders of 1,000 pieces will have a much lower cost per pin than an order at our minimum of 100 pieces.
Artwork Specifications
We aren’t especially picky, but when it comes to your design, we do prefer vector files — and so should you. Vectors (.ai, .eps, .svg) allow your image to scale infinitely without taking a hit on quality. If your design isn’t in the vector format, no need to worry, our design team will happily assist you!

Printed Patches: Photo-realistic patches with unlimited color options and superior detail.
Chenille Patches: Fluffy patches, great for designs with large color pathways
Leather Patches: High-quality and durable patches for a classy look.

Customizations: Custom patches have a lot of flexibility in that there are dozens of ways to customize them. It’s important to understand that the options you select may affect the price. For instance, a magnetic backing is going to be more expensive than a heat seal backing. Another example would be that a glow in the dark thread will be more expensive than a standard thread.
Size: The size of your patch can greatly affect the price. A 2”x2” patch will be significantly less expensive than a 6”x6” patch. As a general rule of thumb, the larger your patch is, the more it will cost.
